One of its largest projects was an engine remanufacturing plant that required 10 months of work and generated over $3 million in revenues. The project used more than 1,000,000 pounds of steel, 87 bridge cranes traveling on 43 freestanding runway systems supported by 400 tubular columns and moment resistant foundations; 57 foundation mounted jib cranes were included.
The project covered over a mile of pallet conveyors, connected at two levels, using seven reciprocal vertical conveyors, automatically integrated warehousing with the manufacturing floor. Additionally, the total system was custom painted to add to its sleek design.
